Accessibility statement

This site was self-assessed against RGAA 4.1.2, the French accessibility standard, on 1 October 2026. This page sets out what has been done and what has not been done yet — in the same spirit as the eco-design statement: what is claimed here has been verified, and dated.

Compliance status

Self-assessment carried out by the site's publisher on 1 October 2026, across 13 pages covering every page template on the site. Result: all 41 applicable criteria are met (out of the standard's 106; the others do not apply, as the site carries no images, media, forms or scripts).

A first pass the same day found four non-compliances: missing row headers in a table, English terms not flagged as such, information conveyed by formatting alone, and focus hidden by the menu on narrow screens. They were fixed, then checked by a second pass.

This is a self-assessment, not a third-party audit: it covers the RGAA checklist, not the actual experience of someone using a screen reader.

Method and tools

The self-assessment follows the RGAA 4.1.2 method: each criterion is judged page by page. The measurements that can be automated were taken on 1 October 2026, on the live site:

  • Chromium 153, driven by Puppeteer 23.9: heading and table structure, contrast in the light and dark themes, focus on every keyboard stop, display at 320 px wide, text enlarged to 200% and increased spacing, reading without a style sheet.
  • W3C HTML validator (Nu Html Checker, version 26.9.30): no errors and no warnings across the 13 pages.

These tools measure, they do not judge: whether each criterion is met was decided by hand, from their readings.

What is in place

Verified at the keyboard on 18 September 2026, across every page template on the site.

  • Semantic HTML structure: a single top-level heading per page, no skipped levels in the hierarchy, lists, and tables whose column and row headers are explicitly tied to their cells.
  • No content is carried by colour alone. Measured text/background contrast: 12.3:1 for body text, 8:1 for links, 4.9:1 for secondary notes — above the AA threshold in both themes, light and dark.
  • Keyboard-usable navigation: the skip link to the content is the first tab stop on every page, and every interactive element carries a visible focus indicator. The tab order follows the on-screen reading order at every width: checked on 1 October 2026 in French, English and Spanish, on phone, tablet and desktop screens.
  • The site's two collapsible controls, the navigation menu and the employer groups on the Experience page, open and close at the keyboard. The site's three languages are offered as links in the footer.
  • No animation, no flashing content.
  • No JavaScript is delivered to the browser: nothing on this site depends on a script to be read or navigated.
  • A correct lang attribute on every page, and on each language-switching link.
  • English terms used in the French and Spanish pages ("Product Owner", "release"…) are flagged as such, so that a speech synthesiser pronounces them correctly.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200%, and pages read on a 320 px wide screen, with no loss of content. Only the measurements table on the Eco-design page then scrolls horizontally. To enlarge text: Ctrl and + (Cmd and + on a Mac), or the text size setting of the browser or phone.
  • Lighthouse accessibility score: 100 out of 100 across the 9 sampled templates, measured on October 12, 2026 with Lighthouse 13.4.1. An automated audit only covers part of the criteria: it does not replace the RGAA self-assessment described above.

Known limitations

  • Without JavaScript, the navigation menu, collapsed on narrow screens, closes neither with the Escape key nor with a click outside it. It closes when its button is activated again, or when one of its links is followed, which reloads the page.

What remains to be checked

  • The self-assessment has not been validated by a third-party auditor.
  • No testing has been done with a screen reader to date.
  • The site currently carries no images; the day it does, each will be given alternative text before publication.
