Writing the responsible-IT methodology notes for five responses to tenders, RFPs and RFIs: rail, postal services twice, aerospace and public financing. The CSR section carried up to 20 % of the final score in the client's marking grid. The commercial argument was tailored to the needs stated. No visibility on the win rate: presentation and client follow-up were outside the scope.
