Project officer (Salesforce org merger) — industrial gases

CGI runs a Salesforce service centre for this client, with several workstreams in parallel: operational upkeep and third-line support, change releases across the Salesforce and Pardot scope of both organisations, changes to the CPQ on the target organisation, generation of pricing amendments, and the merger of the two Salesforce organisations — five phases, more than a year of work, around fifteen full-time equivalents.

Reinforcement as project officer on phase 1 of that merger, for the time it took to bed in: assisting the project manager in place, then handing over to the PMO and the project manager once the phase was running. Held alongside two other engagements, at around 40 % of the time.
