Responsible-IT consultant (training) — postal services
CGI — Leading French mail delivery company
Training the teams on responsible-IT tooling, as part of the client's eco-design programme, applied to all of its digital service development projects.
The existing material was first enriched with the tooling section, based on the two tools selected by the benchmark. Each profile — architects, developers and business — was trained separately, at two sessions per profile bringing together distinct groups of ten to twelve participants each.
The work package was extended from September 2024 to March 2025, by converting the original order for an assessment into a service improving the material, taking in new technologies and the feedback of the first people trained.
One work package of the responsible-IT programme run over seventeen months for this client.
