Responsible-IT consultant (closing assessment) — public sector
CGI — Public body in charge of public finances and taxation
A closing eco-design assessment, the final step of fifteen months of support at the same public body, on the development of its internal online banking service: a tailored framework based on the RGESN, an initial assessment, training for the stakeholders, coaching, tools and tracking indicators, then this counter-assessment.
The same framework and the same method as the initial assessment, which is what makes the two readings comparable.
Re-evaluation against the 78 criteria of RGESN version 2: compliance taken from 50 % at the initial assessment to more than 90 %. The gap is attributable to the full support — tailored framework, training, coaching, tools and indicators — and not to the audit alone.
Achievements
- 90 % RGESN compliance at the end of the project
Compliance taken from 50 % to more than 90 %
Re-evaluation against the same 78 RGESN criteria and by the same method as the initial assessment, the only way to make the two readings comparable. The gap measures the effect of the full support, not of the audit alone.
- 15 months of support
Fifteen months of support in six steps
A tailored eco-design framework, an initial assessment, training for every stakeholder, coaching, the introduction of tools and tracking indicators, then a closing counter-assessment.
